The restaurant is again in an authentic style, entirely of stone and wood. Our team will also take care of the "most capricious palate". We work with fresh products purchased from small producers in the area. We follow seasonality and change our menu at least 4 times a year, as there are seasons in our country. We add our own touch and personal touch to traditional regional recipes.
